Ashley Anne Porter comes to us from Wilmington, NC. Where she received the majority of her dance training. At the age of 9, Ashley began to evolve into the competitive world of dance where she won numerous regional and national titles as well as being televised on ESPN2. Ashley also attends many dance conventions throughout the year to keep currant on the always changing dance scene.

Ashley has performed in the Nutcracker with solos as Arabian and Snow Queen. In 2002, she performed in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. Her most recent accomplishment has been receiving the Dance Spirit Magazine scholarship won at a competition and is pictured in the October 2003 issue.

Ashley is certified through Dance Masters of America and Carolina Dance Masters, Inc. in ballet and acrobatics. Her love of dance has turned her attention to become a teacher hoping to inspire other hearts to love dance as she has.
